1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURN WINDOW)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange for any reason. Requests made after this 14-day window will not be accepted.

***International Returns (Non-EU): For returns from countries outside the European Union (e.g., Norway, Switzerland), the package must be clearly marked as 'RETURNED GOODS' on the customs declaration form. Twelve Gods™ is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred due to incorrect labeling; such costs will be deducted from your final refund.

2. CONDITION OF ITEMS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition you received it:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be free of any signs of wear, stains, odors (perfume, smoke, body odor), or pet hair.

  • Original Packaging & Tags: The original hangtag must be intact and the item must be returned in its original protective packaging.

  • Inspection: We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements. If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

3. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. TWELVE GODS is not responsible for packages lost during return transit.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To ensure quality control, we handle all returns personally:

  1. Email Us: Contact our support team at help@twelve-gods.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: You will receive a Return Authorization and the correct return address.

  3. Dispatch: Pack the item securely and ship it via a trackable carrier.

5. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected (allow 3-5 business days for inspection), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Exclusions: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

6. EXCHANGES

To maintain our exclusive production flow, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our store.

7. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@twelve-gods.com with clear photos of the defect. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a free replacement or a full refund.
