Returns, exchanges and cancellations


You have the ability to return your order within 14 days counting from the day you received your order. Please return your order to us at:

  1. We recommend you use a secure or trackable method of postage, i.e. recorded or special delivery.
  2. Keep hold of your proof of postage. The items and their condition remain your responsibility until we receive your return.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email when we have received your return and that your refund has been processed.
  4. FYI: Refunds will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
  5. If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
  6. Delivery charges are non-refundable.


Return policy

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Items that are damaged are not eligible for refund. Twelve Gods has the right to decide whether or not the items were damaged by the buyer.
  • Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
  • Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors.
  • Items must have all tags attached.



Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same style in a different size. You will receive your refund for the original item within 28 days. This service is currently only available in Belgium and is not applicable on sale items.

Exchange charges are non-refundable.

Please send an e-mail to to request an exchange with the desired goods and sizes. When exchanging your order, the new item will automatically be shipped out and you don’t have to pay delivery costs once again.



Can I cancel any or all items in my order?

After your order is placed, you are not able to cancel or adjust any or all items in your order.

We start preparing orders to ship shortly after orders are placed so it’s impossible for us to make any changes to it.
